How to set PayPal recurring payments for a specific date each year?
I would like to setup recurring payments, but would like to set it up a little different than standard. Normally when a user sets up a recurring payment they are charged either 1 month or in my case 1 year from the date they registered. So if they paid today 5/15/17 they would not get charged again until 5/15/18. Easy enough, however, what I'd like to is instead of charging a year from the date of purchase, to charge them on Jan 01 of each following year. So initial payment would allow the user access for the remainder of the year in which they initially setup the arrangement, but then the next payment would be due on the 1st of Jan 2018 and would then re-charge on Jan 01 for each following year until user cancels. The payment schedule would look something like this. Initial Payment - 05/15/2017 (Payment taken immediately) Next Payment Due - 01/01/2018 Next Payment Due - 01/01/2019 and so on. Is this possible and if so what code is needed to do this?
